Trauma Clean Pros built its reputation in Elk Creek, KY one difficult job at a time. Our team is fully licensed and insured, trained in bloodborne pathogen safety, and equipped to handle everything from a single contaminated room to a multi-unit commercial cleanup without cutting corners.
We know that most of our clients are calling us on one of the worst days they've had, which is why our dispatchers answer the phone directly instead of routing you through a call center. A real technician talks you through what to expect before a truck ever leaves the yard.
Biohazard work in Elk Creek, KY also means navigating landlord notifications, insurance documentation, and sometimes law enforcement release forms. We handle that paperwork alongside the physical cleanup so you aren't managing two jobs at once.
Blood, bodily fluids, and decomposition byproducts carry bloodborne pathogens like Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV, along with bacteria that multiply quickly once they soak into flooring, subfloor, and drywall. Standard household cleaners don't neutralize these hazards; they just mask the surface while the contamination spreads underneath. In Elk Creek, we're most often called out for the following situations:
A death that goes unnoticed for days leaves behind decomposition fluids, odor, and insect activity that penetrate flooring and subfloor.
After the scene is released, the physical restoration, from blood removal to structural repair, falls to a certified cleanup team, not the property owner.
Deep hoarding cleanups regularly uncover mold, pest waste, and biological contamination that require trained handling, not just hauling.
Category 3 water events carry pathogens that require full removal of affected porous materials, not just drying and disinfecting.
Properties linked to a confirmed infectious illness need hospital-grade disinfection, not a standard cleaning service.
Facility managers call us after incidents where bodily fluids or hazardous residue require remediation beyond standard maintenance staff.
No two Biohazard situations look the same, so our Elk Creek team evaluates each property on its own before proposing a scope of work. Here's what we're equipped to handle.
We remove blood, tissue, and other biological material from floors, walls, and furniture, using enzymatic cleaners and EPA-registered disinfectants rated for bloodborne pathogen decontamination.
We remove decomposition-affected materials down to the subfloor when needed, then run ozone or hydroxyl generators to neutralize odor before final sanitization.
Hoarding jobs combine sorting, hauling, and biohazard identification, with mold or pest issues escalated to the appropriate remediation step once uncovered.
Blackwater cleanup means pulling out anything porous that absorbed contamination, then disinfecting the remaining structure thoroughly.
We follow a documented protocol using EPA List N disinfectants for any property with confirmed infectious disease exposure.
We provide regulated waste handling and disposal paperwork for commercial and industrial biohazard incidents across Elk Creek.
